Primeira Liga Odds
Primeira Liga odds are calculated on the probability of something happening.
For example, the odds of Sporting CP winning the Primeira Liga are much shorter than the odds of Braga. That’s because the probability of Sporting CP winning the Primeira Liga is much higher.
If Sporting CP win the Primeira Liga after you placed a £10 bet on them to do so at 5/2, you would win £25. But if Braga win the Primeira Liga after you placed a £10 bet on them to do so at 50/1, you would win £500.
The Primeira Liga odds for individual games are often short, especially when backing Porto or Benfica to win, so one way of increasing the odds is through accumulator betting.
More commonly referred to as an ‘acca’, accumulator betting is when you bet on two or more Primeira Liga games – betting on five teams is known as a ‘five-fold’ – but combine them into one bet.
Because the odds are multiplied, you’ll win an enhanced amount if all the selections in your acca are correct.
