Maidstone drawn away to Sheffield Wednesday or Coventry
Sixth-tier Maidstone United´s reward for their superb win over Championship promotion chasers Ipswich Town is a trip to either Sheffield Wednesday or Coventry City in the FA Cup fifth round.
Maidstone, who beat Ipswich at Portman Road, are the lowest-ranked team still in the competition. The National League South side made history by becoming the first side outside of the top five tiers to reach the fifth round since Northumbrian cup fighters Blyth Spartans in 1978, having entered in the second-round qualifying.
Luton drawn against holders Man City
Holders Manchester City will travel to Luton Town. In another all-Premier League tie Wolverhampton Wanderers will host Brighton and Hove Albion. After convincingly disposing of Norwich City at Anfield, Liverpool will play either Watford or Southampton at Anfield.
Newcastle United will travel to either Blackburn Rovers or Wrexham. Manchester United have once again been drawn away to lower league opposition. Last season’s runners up will travel to either Bristol City or Nottingham Forest.
The ties will be played during the week commencing 26 February.
