Dortmund went top of the Bundesliga on Friday evening after a 2-1 win over RB Leipzig However, Bayern Munich won at VfB Stuttgart the following day to overtake them on goal difference. Dortmund went ahead in the 20th minute when Marco Reus from the penalty spot after winning the spot kick himself, before Emre Can made it 2-0. This was Dortmund’s tenth win in succession and they will travel to Stamford Bridge full of confidence.

Tottenham Hotspur (0) v AC Milan (1) 08.02.23 20:00

Tottenham trail AC Milan by a single goal going into the second leg of their Champions League last 16 tie.

Spurs had been boosted by vital Premier League wins over West Ham and Chelsea to take them into the top four. However, they were knocked out of the FA Cup by Championship promotion chasers Sheffield United on Wednesday, and followed this up with a Premier League defeat at Wolves.

AC Milan had won four successive matches in all competitions, their last match in that sequence being a 2-0 victory over Atalanta. Saturday, however, saw that run end, with Milan losing 1-0 at Fiorentina in Serie A.
