Europa League Final 2024

The 2023/24 Europa League Final is scheduled to take place at the Dublin Arena, also known as the Aviva Arena, in the Republic of Ireland, on Wednesday May 22 at 20:00 BST.

The Stadium serves as the home venue for the Republic of Ireland’s national football team and Ireland’s rugby union team. This will be the second time that the Dublin Arena has hosted the Europa League final after Porto and Braga contested the 2011 final.

The Dublin Arena

The Dublin Arena, also known as the Aviva Stadium and Lansdowne Road is a sports stadium in Dublin, Ireland, with a capacity of 51,711.

The stadium was built on the site of the former Lansdowne Road Stadium, which was demolished in 2007. It is located next to Lansdowne Road Railway Station. It was officially opened on May 14 2010. The stadium is the first, and only, UEFA Category Four stadium.

The Stadium hosted the 2011 Europa League Final when Porto defeated Braga 1-0, with a goal from Radamel Falcao. This was Porto’s second win in the competition.
