Premier League leaders Arsenal get their season back under way against West Ham on December 26th.
The Hammers are teetering a single point above the relegation zone ahead of this match, having lost their last three before the World Cup break.
Arsenal are five points clear of Manchester City at the top, but they are missing several key players here.
Gabriel Jesus, Emile Smith Rowe, William Saliba and Reiss Nelson are out. Oleksandr Zinchenko, Albert Sambi Lokonga and Takehiro Tomiyasu are all doubtful.
Match Result And Both Teams To Score: Arsenal
West Ham have scored only three goals in seven away league matches.
They have, however, generated 9.2 expected goals on the road, which ranks third in the Premier League thus far. Arsenal have only kept one clean sheet in the Premier League at home.
The Gunners have netted 19 goals in six home league matches too, and should have enough firepower to get the better of West Ham even without Gabriel Jesus.
With Saliba out, though, the visitors should at least be able to get on the scoresheet.
Anytime Goalscorer: Eddie Nketiah
Eddie Nketiah is set to deputise for Jesus.
Nketiah is yet to start in the Premier League this season, but he has three goals across the League Cup and Europa League, while averaging 3.6 shots per match.
Last season, Nketiah scored 10 goals in just over 1,100 minutes in the Premier League and League Cup. Even at 7/4, he’s a good bet to score on Monday night.
Most Corners: West Ham
Curiously, West Ham average only 0.4 corners fewer than Arsenal per match. The stronger team with more possession will often have the upper hand in the corner stakes.
West Ham, however, have racked up the corners on the road, reaching double figures in three of their last four games, and having the most corners in all of those matches.
That includes recording double as many corner kicks as Manchester United at Old Trafford. Out at 18/5, there’s some value here.
