Fanatics Expands Presence with New York Sportsbook Launch

Last Friday marked the debut of Fanatics Sportsbook in Michigan, and this week, Indiana became the 14th state to join its platform on Tuesday.

New York sports enthusiasts can now download the Fanatics Sportsbook App on both iOS and Android devices to dive into the action.

In a strategic move back in August, Fanatics Betting and Gaming acquired the US businesses of PointsBet, signaling the migration of PointsBet customers to the Fanatics Sportsbook app.

For PointsBet customers in New York, the transition includes the automatic migration of their username, password, account balance, rewards points, and responsible gaming settings.

The Fanatics Sportsbook offers tailored features for mobile, providing an opportunity for customers to earn up to 5% of their total bet in FanCash. With a discover feed and a search functionality, the app enhances the overall user experience.

The decision to enter the New York market comes as no surprise, considering the robust growth of the mobile sports betting market in the Empire State. In October, New York became the first US state for its financial results after the legalization of mobile sports betting.
