What are Sportsbooks

Hey! I can see that you’re still reading, that’s awesome! You probably got this far because you wanted to know a bit more about sportsbooks in general.
In its most simplistic form, sportsbooks are places where you can bet money for something to happen in the near future. As the name would indicate, online bookmakers mostly offer, well, different sports to bet on. You can still bet on other things, such as politics, but we’d say 99% of odds and sports are catered towards traditional sports and sport events.
If you love sports and love betting on sports, you’re living in the best era this industry has ever seen. If you go back about 20 to 30 years, your only option to place bets would’ve been walking into a bookmakers office and announcing what sports you wanted to bet on. Nowadays, you can literally place bets on almost any sporting event in the world without leaving your home.
The modern day sports betting sites allow players to play from anywhere in the world, with almost any device imaginable - mobile phone, tablet, PC, you name it.

What are wagering requirements

So, keep on reading and we promise you that after about 5 minutes when you’re done, you’re well-equipped to claim any kind of sportsbooks bonuses you might find.

What are Sportsbook Promotions

Understanding sportsbook promotions isn’t that hard. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll notice that most of the different bookmaker promotions are running a similar set of terms and conditions. These terms and conditions often dictate whether the promotion is going to be profitable or not.
For betting companies and sportsbook sites, promotions are one of the most effective ways of acquiring new customers. For players this obviously works like a charm, since promotions can temporarily increase your profits, if used correctly.
Almost all players are able to take part in sportsbook related promotions, but the most common user segments are:
{'Check New customers who just created their account
{'Check Loyal customers, who’ve played on the site for a long time
Every site has their own policies of how to reward players (new & old). Some sportsbooks will focus on keeping the existing customer base happy by giving them weekly bonuses, and some of the sites are focusing more on getting new players to sign up by offering hefty welcome offers.
If you’re interested in sportsbook promotions, one of the best things you can do once you’ve signed up is to allow the sportsbook to send you emails & SMS messages. These are the most commonly used communication methods, where the site will let their players know what sort of promotions they are currently running. Some of the sportsbooks even have daily campaigns that are being regularly updated.

How do Sportsbook Promo Codes Work

Using sportsbook promo codes is fairly easy. The promo codes can be found from the landing pages of each promotion that it’s dedicated to, or from partnership sites like Betting.com. Depending what sportsbook you’re signed up for, promo codes are being used almost always somewhere during the deposit process. When you first enter the amount you want to deposit, you often find a separate box to fill in your promo code.

In the case where promo code didn’t work for some reason, always contact the sportsbooks customer support before placing your first bets. Bonuses and offers can be added to your account manually, if for some reason a malfunction happened during the process of trying to claim a promo code.

One thing to keep in mind is that the bookmaker promo codes are not always required. Some sites only operate through links and automated processes, where the system always recognizes what promotion you’re trying to claim. These sorts of things are well communicated beforehand to avoid any confusing scenarios where the players don't know what to do.

Why do Sportsbooks Offer Promo Codes

Whether you’re taking part in promotion or claiming a deposit bonus, sportsbook promo codes are very important. Most of the sportsbook sites require you to type a separate promo code, which will help them identify (automatically) which promotion you’re trying to claim. As mentioned earlier, sportsbooks might have tens of different promotions running at the same time, and promo codes are a good way to distinguish them.

Bookmaker promo codes are a great way for the betting site to set up specific campaigns, targeted to specific segments of customers. This can also be very helpful for players who like to play with different stakes. Some players might be happy to receive a $20 free bet, whereas players who play with higher stakes would want at least +$1000 deposit bonuses.

Types of Sportsbook Promotions

Sportsbook promotions can be divided into few different categories:
{'Check Deposit Bonuses
{'Check Welcome Offers
{'Check Free Bets
{'Check Risk Free Bets
{'Check Boosted Odds
{'Check Special Offers
{'Check VIP Promotions
One of the most simplistic forms of sportsbook promotion is a campaign that’s redeemable by making a deposit. Deposit bonuses and welcome offers usually fall into that category. They are usually easy to understand, and almost all sites have these in some shape or form.
Here's a few examples of what different promotions look like, and what elements you should understand before claiming one. Once you memorize most of these, you’re able to apply them to almost any sportsbook promotion you’re ever going to find.

Deposit Bonuses & Welcome Offers

“100% Deposit Bonus up to $1000 - Only 6x Wagering”
{'Check “100%” - this means that whatever amount you decide to deposit, it will be matched 100%. If you deposit $50, you will receive an additional $50. If you deposit $275, you will receive $275 extra.
{'Check “Up to $1000” - This is the maximum amount of bonus you can receive. Now that we know that the bonus is matched to your deposit 1:1 (100%), the biggest amount of bonus money you can claim is $1000, which will be added to your account if you deposit $1000.
{'Check “Only 6x Wagering” - If there weren’t any wagering requirements on bonuses, it would be the sportsbook site giving away free money. As you might’ve already figured out, it’s not a great way of doing business. Wagering requirements will be different on almost every site, but it will tell you how much you have to bet in order to get your bonus completed. Once the bonus is completed, you are able to withdraw. In this example, if you would’ve deposited $100, you would need to wager that 6 times in order to meet the requirements on your bonus.
For more information on how deposit bonuses & welcome offers work, please check our dedicated page on these: www.betting.com/us/sportsbooks

Boosted Odds

Boosted odds are one of the latest innovations within the world of sports betting. It’s an unique way of attracting new customers, as it gives the player a chance to bet on significantly higher odds than the actual probabilities would suggest. For example if the Minnesota Vikings are -100 favourites to win at home, boosted odds promotion could allow you to place a bet on the Minnesota Vikings to win at +400.

Boosted odds have a maximum bet amount set somewhere between $10 to $30. The best part about boosted odds is that usually the winnings you’ve accumulated through this promotion are without any wagering requirements. However, if there are wagering limits on certain sites, they are often just 1x or 2x.

Special Offers

Special offers are rolled out whenever there’s a big sporting event coming. The 2021 Masters, NBA finals, World Series, Super Bowl - just to name a few. These special offers can be deposit bonuses, free bets, leaderboard competitions, boosted odds, etc. Special offers are usually valid for a few days. Make sure you check the expiry dates before taking part!

VIP Promotions

What does it mean being a “VIP” customer on a sportsbook? VIP status is often achieved when a player is considered to be “loyal enough” and has deposited a considerable amount of money to that sportsbook. The threshold of being accepted as VIP is completely up to the sportsbook, and everyone has their own set of rules and qualification processes in place.
If you are invited to become a VIP member of a sportsbook, it means that you’ll:
{'Check Receive VIP bonuses (they are bigger and have better wagering requirements)
{'Check Receive invitations to sporting events all around the world
{'Check Receive a dedicated account manager
Some of the sportsbooks also have a loyalty program in place, where you can follow your progress and see how many loyalty points you need to accumulate to achieve certain levels.

How do Online Bookmakers Work?

To get a better understanding of how online bookmakers work, let’s take a look at what happens behind the scenes.
Online bookmakers are services where you can register, deposit money, place bets, and win some money in return. Majority of processes are automated and the user experience is so well-thought that they’re fairly easy to use - even for beginners.

Find a sportsbook you’d like to join

Place bets

Withdraw (hopefully!) your winnings

That’s about it. You have your own account where you can manage your funds, find interesting sports to bet on, and add some excitement whenever you feel like it.

How do sportsbooks set their odds?

Reviewing The Bookmaker Betting Market, Odds And Limits
The first thing you see when browsing through betting websites is probably different odds and sports. In order to simplify things: Odds are multipliers you’re given for your bet, and markets are different types of bets.
The odds you see on the site are a representation of probabilities. Online betting sites use separate data-analysts and high powered AI’s to calculate the math behind probabilities, so they’re usually quite accurately represented.
You don’t have to be a math wizard to understand how probabilities are calculated, as you can use our odds calculator to play with different odds and probabilities.

Let’s take an example:

New England Patriots vs. Atlanta Falcons. The odds for this match is -300 for NE to win, and +250 for Falcons to win. If you use the odds calculator, you can see that the implied probability for New England to win the match is roughly 75%. For Falcons it’s 28.5%.

The percentages are a representation of real life estimates of how often a certain team would win over their opponents. If these numbers would always be 100% correct, it would mean that if NE played against the Falcons 100 times with the exact same match settings (injuries, date, motivational factors, same lineups, etc.), they would win on average 75 times out of 100 matches.

We’ll let you in on a little secret: Even with the best analytical tools known to man, it’s virtually impossible to predict what’s going to happen in a match with 100% accuracy. The more accurate the probabilities are, the higher are the chances that the sports betting sites will make money in the long run. If the odds aren’t accurately represented, the player can consistently make money out of it.

You should also know that different online betting sites will have different probabilities and odds for the same matches. Some bookmakers might think that Pats aren’t that big of a favourite over the Falcons, while others might think that NE will trash Matty Ice and the Falcons (that’s a cool name for a band btw!) every day of the week.

Once we’ve established that the site is trustworthy, it’s safe for the players and everything runs smoothly, we start going through the actual products the sportsbook is offering. This is usually a three-step-process where we evaluate the markets, odds and limits (if there are any). No matter how good the sportsbook is, if there’s only a few sports to bet on, it’ll get boring pretty quickly.

When it comes to odds, it’s usually quality over quantity. If you consistently bet on the best possible odds you’re able to find, it’ll significantly increase your total profit margin over the long run. Don’t believe us? We’ll, here’s a quick example:

Sportsbook A is offering Houston Astros to win at +150

Sportsbook B is offering Houston Astros to win at +180

Winning a bet on sportsbook A would give you $25

Winning a bet on sportsbook B would give you $28

...Now do this math hundred times over (most of us play hundreds, if not thousands of bets every year). Always aim to place your bets on betting sites with the highest odds.

Here’s a great place to start if you’re having a hard time finding which bookmaker has the highest odds for any given match: https://betting.com/us/odds

As mentioned earlier, markets are simply different bet types. Moneyline, spread, totals, player specials - these are all different markets. Good sportsbooks usually have a wide range of different markets for every match. When browsing through different online sports betting sites, always think first what are the most important betting markets and sports you’re usually betting on. If you watch a lot of college sports, pick a place that has a lot of odds set up for NCAA for example.

Every sportsbook has betting limits for different odds and sports. Like it or not, but it’s very common for bookmakers to limit winning players, if they’re hurting their business. Casual players usually don’t have these sorts of issues, but if you’re constantly taking advantage of highest odds and winning a lot, you’ll get limited on certain sportsbooks. There’s really no way of telling what the threshold for every betting site is, as those are not public information.

Sportsbooks usually don’t restrict you completely, but they’ll significantly lower the amounts you’re able to bet on certain sports and markets. This is not something that happens every day, but it’s definitely something you should know going forward.

Top Licensed Sportsbooks and Betting Sites

Throughout this article we’ll tell you everything you need to know about sportsbooks and betting sites, but if there’s one thing we’d like to emphasize, it’s the fact that NEVER under any circumstances should you play on a site that’s not officially licensed. If you play on a sportsbook that doesn’t hold any licenses, there are no guarantees for anything. If there’s a dispute over how your bet is settled for example, there’s not much you can do about it.

Licensed sportsbooks are operating under strict laws and there are several 3rd party organizations monitoring that everything they do is safe, legal, and fair. For example, these 3rd party organizations have license application processes where every technical detail on the operator is audited and confirmed to be safe for users. When everything happens in digital environments, it’s crucial that the player's safety comes first.

All new sportsbooks and bettings sites you’ll find on Betting.com are officially licensed. Please note that regardless of whether the sportsbook is licensed or not, you should always follow the rules and laws set by the state you’re living in.

What to Look for in an Online Sportsbook

This is our favourite part! We get to put our expertise to good use, and let you know what makes a good online sportsbook. After reading this article, you’re probably able to spot a few things within the first few seconds you open a betting website.
Before we go any further, let’s take a look what are the basic fundamentals every online sportsbook should have established:

Trusted by the players

Never underestimate reviews and what other people are thinking about the sportsbook. If you only find bad reviews, proceed with caution. You should always form your own opinions, but especially if the site has a bad history when it comes to payments, watch out.

Competitive Odds & Markets

You’d be surprised how much there’s differences between online betting sites and their odds. In the long run, you’re only hurting your own profits if you play on sites that are consistently putting up worse odds than their competitors. Also, a good sportsbook will always have a variety of sports to bet on - usually more is better in this case. Depending what type of sports bettor you are, you could also check whether the sportsbook is more focused on pre-match betting, or live betting.

Customer support

Nothing is more frustrating than having technical difficulties on your account, and there’s no one to help you out. A good customer support is a great indicator whether the sportsbook cares about its players or not.

We’ll talk about this a bit more later on, but bonuses and promotions are extremely important. Added bonuses and welcome offers can help you increase your profits, if used correctly. For a more detailed description of how promotions work, check out our dedicated page for sportsbook bonuses.

Let’s be honest here. It’s 2021, there’s no room for bad UI/UX designs anymore. Most of the biggest sportsbooks in the world are generating billions in revenues, they should dedicate resources to make their products as good as humanly possible. Unfortunately this is not always the case, as there are quite horrible betting sites out there, which makes your head hurt just by looking at it. Some of the new sportsbooks have their own betting app, some of them are browser based (meaning that no download is needed).

How Good are the bookmaker bonuses

When you first start to bet online, one of the greatest feelings is that you have so many different bookmakers to choose from, all of them trying to lure you in with their bonus offers. Sportsbook promotions are a great way to boost your bankroll without having to risk so much of your own money. The terms and conditions tied to these bonuses are usually the things that’ll make them good, or bad.

A $50 bonus can still be significantly better than a $200 bonus, if the bigger one has wagering requirements that are hard to complete.

Nowadays there’s so many different sites to bet on, you can pick and choose the best ones. Never settle, as it’s your money, and you can decide which sportsbook deserves your deposit. Always be on the lookout for the best sportsbook promo codes, which you can find plenty on Betting.com.

What are Free Bets and How to Get Them

Free Bets are a great way to test out new sportsbooks or simply chase for bigger winnings with no risks involved. There’s not that many scenarios when it comes to sports betting where there’s no risks involved, but free bets are definitely an exception to that rule. The monetary value for Free Bets can be anything between $1 to $100, but the average is somewhere between $15 to $25.
Free Bets are being handed out more frequently than deposit bonuses, and some sites might even have a free bet lined up for you every week.
How Free Bets work?

Player makes a deposit

Player makes the qualifying bet

If the bet is lost, the player will receive a free bet

Simple as that. But as mentioned before (and we’re going to mention it a couple more times), all promotions are a bit different, depending what sportsbook you’re playing on. Some sportsbooks might even give you the free bet without a deposit - now that’s something!
All in all, Free Bets are a great way to add some excitement without having to risk your own money to do so.

Expert Bookmaker Reviewscessionals

Our bookmaker reviews are all written by professionals within the industry. Be it players, executives, fans, or analysts, we all share the same passion: Betting on sports. We pour our hearts to every piece of content you’ll find from the site, because it’s the only way we know how to do things. Our opinions are unbiased and you cannot buy your way into our reviews.

That being said, when you read our bookmaker reviews, you already know that these sites have been tested for hours upon hours. We’ve placed bets, we’ve made deposits, withdrawals, claimed bonuses, lost some, won some - the whole nine yards.

The 5 fundamentals you just read about 30 seconds ago, these are all things that we go through over and over when we add another betting site to our lists. All new sportsbooks will have to go through the same process, but of course it helps our job as well if the site is already well-known, which means we don’t have to do so much research (we’ve probably been a customer on that site a long time before writing the review).

Sportsbook Promotions Terms & Conditions

And now it’s time for the part which will tell you what bonuses are good, and what kind of promotions should be avoided - how exciting! Let us start by saying that you should always fully understand the terms and conditions, before you claim any sort of bonus or promotion. Whenever in doubt, always ask questions first.

We wanted to create a separate section for terms and conditions, as we feel it’s one of the most important factors when weighing whether a bonus is good or bad. Regardless of different sportsbooks having different bonuses, they all share the same concepts when it comes to how you can actually use them.

If there weren’t any terms and conditions for sportsbooks bonuses, it would be just the operators handing out money for fun. As much as we’d like to see that, it’s not a very sustainable way of doing business.

The biggest part of any bookmaker bonus is the wagering requirements it holds. This is a set of rules you need to follow in order to realize those assets on your account. Most of the time these are all automated, meaning that if you have a live betting sportsbook bonus, you can’t place a bet with it on regular pre-match markets. We can only generalize the terms and conditions here, so make sure you’ll read these on the sportsbook you’re playing on, especially if you’ve claimed one of their bonuses.

It doesn’t matter if the promotion promises to give you $1000 right away, if it’s made virtually impossible for you to complete all the requirements for it.

Wagering requirements

And now it’s time for the part which will tell you what bonuses are good, and what kind of promotions should be avoided - how exciting! Let us start by saying that you should always fully understand the terms and conditions, before you claim any sort of bonus or promotion. Whenever in doubt, always ask questions first.

It doesn’t matter if the promotion promises to give you $1000 right away, if it’s made virtually impossible for you to complete all the requirements for it.

Minimum Odds

Almost all sportsbooks promotions also have a limit for minimum odds that you can use to wager your bonus. This requirement can also vary between different sites, but usually min. odds are being set somewhere around -170 and +100. If you place a bet that doesn't meet the minimum odds requirement, that bet will not be counted towards your wagering. In some cases, this could be also viewed as a breach of terms & conditions, and it might end up getting your bonus forfeited.

Expiry date on promotions

All promotions have an expiry date. This means that the wagering requirement to that promotion needs to be completed before the expiry date. Depending on what the promotion is, the expiry date can be somewhere between 72 hours to 30 days. These are always mentioned in terms and conditions - read carefully!

If you haven’t met the wagering requirements before the time runs out, you will most likely lose the bonus + any winnings you’ve accumulated with it.

Restricted markets

Some of the sportsbook promotions you’ll find are tied to a certain market. For example there are a lot of promotions focused only on live betting, which means you cannot use your bonuses to place bets on pre-match markets and vice versa.

Commonly used terms and conditions for bonuses:
{'Check Only one bonus per IP-address / household (trust us, they have pretty sophisticated tools to track these automatically, so don’t try to beat the system)
{'Check Wagering requirements of 1x to 10x
{'Check Expiration date (you need to wager your bonus before it expires, or you’ll lose the bonus and possible winnings you’ve accumulated with it)
{'Check Limitation on sports, stake. and market you can bet on with your bonus

Testing the Customer Service of the Betting Site

Wagering requirements are being used on almost all of the sportsbooks promotions you can find. There are of course some exceptions, but when that happens, it’s usually the first thing you’ll see when that particular promotion is being advertised. Sportsbooks are very loud whenever they have a promotion where there’s no wagering requirements - they are that rare.

There’s not one single guide to let you know the wagering requirements for each promotion, since there’s quite a lot of deviation between sportsbooks. The wagering requirements are somewhere between 6 x to 20x. Obviously the higher the number is, the harder it is to complete the wagering requirements before losing your original deposit.

Watch out for wagering requirements that are written like this: “6x wagering (D+B)”. D stands for deposit and B stands for bonus amount. In reality, the wagering requirements for this type of promotion would’ve been 12x (6x deposit + 6x bonus).

How do we Score Bookmakers

Ranking bookmakers is a fun task! It means we get to do what we love, and that’s being hands-on involved with everything related to sports betting. Testing out products, bonuses, and everything in between. Sometimes it feels like being a food critic sitting in a Michelin star restaurant, taking notes and writing reviews based on the experience.
Our processes have evolved over the years, and nowadays it goes far beyond just looking at what kind of bonuses a certain sportsbook offers. Our reputation of being the best place to find sportsbook related information is extremely important to us, hence we put in the hours to make sure there’s no shortcuts taken along the way.
We’re not only testing the products and services ourselves we also have a contact person(s) from the sportsbook that we can question and contact if something is unclear. The more collaboration there is between us and the sportsbook, the better experiences we both can offer for the end user.
There are several factors taken into consideration when we score and rank different areas of a sportsbook. Here’s a list of a few of them just to give you an idea:
We’ll go in-depth on certain things which require hours of testing so you don’t have to. There’s only so much you can test yourself without sacrificing a lot of time.

Player safety, licenses, payments

We do our best to ensure that players who go to a sportsbook from Betting.com are looked after so there won’t be any unpleasant surprises in the future. This means that everything related to player safety is tediously checked and then double-checked. The operator is fully licensed to offer sportsbook related products, and that the payments are working flawlessly in both ways - deposits, and of course withdrawals.

Let’s face it - nobody likes to use a sportsbook that doesn’t do everything to optimize the user experience. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but there are certain elements that’ll drive a user crazy if they are not working properly.
The world of sports betting is a dynamic environment, where sometimes the difference between winning and losing might come down to seconds. This might be a live betting scenario where you need to place your bets, but the system bugs out for one reason or another - it’s unacceptable and can get costly.

Available markets and odds

With available markets and odds, it’s all about finding the perfect balance between these two. What’s the point of having a lot of different markets, if the odds are consistently one of the lowest compared to competitors. Whenever you place a bet, you of course want to get the best possible price for it. Some sportsbooks might have the lowest odds on NFL, but then they excel on other sports like MLB, NBA or NHL. As said, it’s all about finding the perfect balance.

Bonuses & other promotions

For us to do our job as best as we can, there needs to be some sort of incentives that we can tell our readers about. If the sportsbook doesn’t offer anything at all, it’s pretty hard to convince people to try out their services. Of course there’s exceptions to that as well, since if you always have the highest odds on the market, it probably doesn’t matter if your deposit bonus is a bit smaller than your competitors. In the long run, higher odds will generate more profits than one time bonuses.

Overall look and feel

They say don’t judge a book by its cover, but on the other hand, if you read the synopsis, you probably already know whether you’re going to like that book or not. Sportsbooks Reviews FAQ

Sportsbooks are operators that offer odds and sports to play on. You can place bets on different sports, sporting events and even on politics. Each sportsbook has a different selection, different odds and different markets. Choose those that’ll suit your needs.
Sportsbook promotions are campaigns that’ll reward the player for making deposits, or playing on the site. Sportsbook promotions are often deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses or free bets.
Welcome bonuses are almost always exclusive to new customers. This means that you have never made a deposit to that sportsbook. In some cases, you can still claim the bonus if you have created the account before, but never made your first deposit. In these sorts of cases, it’s recommended that you’ll contact the customer support of that sportsbook.
First you need to find a sportsbook that you like. This choice is mostly personal preference, but try to see if the sportsbook has sports offered that you already follow in real life. When you’ve found your match, create your account and make your first deposit. That’s it, you’re good to go!

Promo codes are often asked to provide whenever a player makes a deposit. Promo codes can be acquired from partnership sites like Betting.com, or directly from the sportsbooks own promotional page.
Online bookmakers usually offer some sort of incentives for you to register on their site. These can be deposit bonuses, free bets, or similar promotions that’ll give you added cash on your first deposit. Once you claim your bonus, you need to complete wagering requirements in order to withdraw your possible winnings.
Choosing a sportsbook bonus is mostly listening to yourself and figuring out which types of bonuses you’d be happy to claim. For some it's free bets, and for some it’s deposit bonuses. The good thing about sportsbook bonuses is that you have chances to experience all of them, you don’t have to make up your mind right away. Try out different ones and see what suits you the best!
The percentage on bonuses represents the amount that your deposit will get matched on. The amount after that tells you what the maximum bonus amount is. So for this example, your $100 deposit would get matched 100%, giving you an extra $100 to play with.
Usually no. Sportsbook bonuses are limited to one person only. This is to avoid bonus abusers, who might gain unfair advantage by claiming multiple bonuses. Please note that sometimes the bonuses are even limited to one per household / IP-address. Always check the terms and conditions first, if you’re not 100% sure how the bonus works.
Most of the sportsbooks offer a deposit bonus + free bet for new customers. If your first bet is a losing one, you will be credited with a free bet. With Free Bet, you’re allowed to go crazy, as there’s no real money you can lose on that particular instance!
Risk free, or free bets are bonuses that’ll allow you to place bets without having to risk your own money. Of course you almost always need to make a deposit in order to claim these kinds of bonuses. Free bets are usually limited in size, meaning that the most you can get away is probably somewhere around $10 to $20.
Wagering requirements will tell you how many times over you need to bet your bonus / deposit amount. If you have wagering requirements of 6x, you will need to wager your original deposit / bonus 6 times. So if your original deposit was $100, you would need to place bets for $600 in order to complete the bonus. Please note that you’re not able to request withdrawals before you’ve wagered your bonus.
Almost all bonuses and promotions have some kind of wagering requirements. This is simply because otherwise it would be free money, and no sportsbook is rich enough to do that. Always read from the terms and conditions what are the wagering requirements for your promotion, so you’ll know what you have to do in order to complete them. If a sportsbook bonus has wagering requirements of 6x, you will need to bet 6 times the bonus amount you received.

Some of the sportsbooks out there might limit the amount of money you’re able to bet, if you’ve won too much. Yeah, it sounds a bit sketchy, but this is how they operate. Recreational players won’t probably ever have problems like this, but professional sports bettors who play with higher stakes will get limited from time to time.
