Napoli boast a perfect record in the Champions League, and head to Anfield after a 4-0 win over Sassuolo at the weekend.
Liverpool have fallen to consecutive Premier League defeats, but the Champions League has provided respite for Jurgen Klopp’s team with four wins on the bounce to guarantee their place in the knockouts.
Klopp and Luciano Spalletti could rotate for this one with both already secure in the last 16 next year.
Winner: Napoli
Napoli are yet to lose this season and have won 11 in a row in all competitions.
They outclassed Liverpool at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona earlier in the competition, and their form has only improved since then, building a lead atop Serie A and making light work of this Champions League group.
Liverpool were wide open against Leeds at the weekend, suffering a rare home defeat. Klopp’s team have already tasted defeat on five occasions this season, and it doesn’t make much sense for them to be odds-on against a team as formidable as Napoli.

Both structural issues and individual errors are a problem for Liverpool’s defence. Napoli exposed those issues in Italy, and should be able to do so again here. Spalletti’s side have scored two or more goals in nine of their last 10.
I Partenopei have been particularly lethal in the Champions League, scoring three or more in all five group stage fixtures.
Most Corners: Napoli
Liverpool had nine more corners than Napoli when they met on matchday one.
Napoli, however, earn the second-most corners per match in Serie A, and Liverpool will not be able to control this match as they do against the majority of opponents.
In a meeting of two relatively even sides, Liverpool being so heavily favoured seems over-the-top.
Napoli, having hammered Liverpool in Naples just weeks ago, are value at 4/1 here.
